Mubea has been a specialist in producing high-quality disc springs for over 60 years. Our disc springs are versatile and used in various applications, from safety valve systems deep under the sea to satellites in space. We also manufacture precision fine blanked parts and high-quality roll pins.

At Mubea, we stock disc springs manufactured according to DIN 2093 standards and our internal specifications. Our capabilities include producing conventional disc springs with outside diameters up to 800 mm, internally and externally slotted disc springs, and wave springs. All our products are made in-house, starting from the production of blank material in our cold-rolling mill. We also design, manufacture, and maintain all tooling in-house.

In addition to 51CrV4  we stock various antimagnetic, corrosion-resistant, and high/low-temperature materials for special applications. This enables us to quickly fulfill requests for non-standard size and material disc springs.
